Nos encantó el piso. Camas cómodas, baño amplio, cómoda ducha. Cocina bien dotada. La terraza fabulosa para desayunar o tomar algo en la tarde. A dos minutos de la playa caminando y cuenta con parking. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Clean, spacious apartment, perfectly functional and comfortable. Air conditioning was 12 out of 10 silent and very efficient. Parking place in the price was very convenient. Great communication with our host. Just a few steps away from the seashore. Perfect place for vacations!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Hauptstrandes von Palamós. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und mit hochwertigen Möbeln, Geräten und Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse hat viel Sonne (und Markise). Es liegt in der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markt entfernt. Auch wenn es regnet, kann man in der Wohnung sehr gut entspannen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Und es kommt jede Menge Wasser aus dem Regen! Also wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können. Agentur mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, die sich wirklich um alles kümmern und schnell reagieren... Die gute Lage sorgt dafür, dass man auch Verkehrslärm hört. Die Fenster sind sehr dick, bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig.

Sehr professionelle Agentur und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung gemietet und wurden hervorragend betreut. Die Mitarbeiter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Integral Finques buchen.

Hem estat 4 nits en un dels apartaments del carrer Enric Vincke a Palamós. Com a apartament tot molt correcte, net, nou i totalment reformat. L'atenció del personal de Integral Finques, perfecte.
A l'hora de recollir les claus per primera vegada, millor aparcar el cotxe a 5 minuts y anar caminant, ja que estàn al centre de Palamós i és zona peatonal.

En general todo, el apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo. La terraza es chulisima, no la disfrutamos muxo x la lluvia.

Parking directly under your apartment with a reserved parking space is very nice. The distance to the beach and center is perfect. The apartment is nicely laid out and the air conditioning works well.

S'han preocupat durant tota la nostra estada de que estiguéssim a gust i s'han ofert per qualsevol cosa. El Miquel Santamaria és tot un professional i té un tracte exquisit amb la gent. En quant a l'apartament, perfecte. L'estat del mateix és increïble i les vistes a la platja fantàstiques. Sens dubte repetirem.

We usually spend our summer holiday on all-inclusive, but due to the virus, we decided to book an apartment this year. We had a very good experience with the Palamos Luxe Apartaments. The building is on a quiet street, close to the city centre and with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment (with terrace) is modern and well furnished - spacious rooms and very clean at the arrival. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, very comfortable, while the second bedroom has two single sized beds, perfect for our kids. The kitchen is well equipped the microwave and the induction are working. The air conditioning works well, the Internet connection was also very good. There is a big smart TV, mostly with Spanish channels, but Netflix is also available. The apartment is very close to the beach, less than 3 minutes walking distance. The beach is long and wide, and not crowded. It was very easy to find a spot close to the water, while keeping safe distance to the other sunbathers. There is a lift that can be used only for your luggages and groceries. On the arrival Miguel waited for us in front of the apartment to hand us the keys. He was very friendly and helped us with the rest of our requirements.

Alles was zeer goed geregeld ,wij kwamen na sluitingstijd aan, dus via whatsapp en mailen aan onze sleutels gekomen SUPER ! Goeie communicatie

L’apartament que hem estat ha estat perfecte, molt recomanable. El Miquel de Integral Finques ha tingut un tracte amb nosaltres excel.lent, molt familiar.

Ya llevo muchos años con ellos, son muy profesionales y están muy atentos para que estés lo mejor posible. Cualquier problema que surja, te lo solucionan al momento. Para mí, la mejor agencia de Palamós y he estado en unas cuantas.

Somos una pareja con un niño que pasamos una semana de agosto en este apartamento. Es un apartamento muy nuevo, bien situado, bien equipado (lavavajillas, thurmix, nespresso...), dispone de aire acondicionado central que fue muy útil ya que hizo mucho calor. Las camas muy cómodas, smartv grande... El trato con integral finques fue muy bueno desde el inicio, buena comunicación y muy buen trato Sin duda repetiremos!
