Un très beau logement bien agencé - le Parking compris dans la résidence est très bien et c’est super pour pouvoir faire tout à pied ensuite ! Quartier très bien très proche des plages et des promenades de San Antoni de Calonge et à 20 min du centre-ville de Palamos! Le logement convient pour 3 à 4 personnes on y est confortable !

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir wollten nie wieder weg! Am Anfang etwas skeptisch das es in einem Hochhaus das nichts besonderes ausstrahlt, befindet. Die Wohnung liegt im 12 Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Aussicht hat uns den Atem verschlagen. Das Meer liegt direkt vor einem, in den herrlichsten Farben.
Die Wohnung selbst ist hochmodern eingerichtet, zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit eigenem kleineen Bad. Das zweite Bad ist gross, sogar behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Zweites Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon und Meerblick. Balkon ist gross, mit Markise ausgestattet. Wir sassen zum Frühstück und zwischendurch nur da und konnten uns nicht sattsehen.
Küche hochwertig, mit Induktionskochherd, grossem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und allen mÔglichen elektronischen Geräten bis hin zum Entsafter eingerichtet. Es gibt ne Unmenge an Geschirr und das von guter Qualität. Einkaufsmôglichkeiten sehr nah, Lidl ca 6 min zu Fuss, grosser Supermarkt ca 10 min. In der Umgebung gibt es viel nette Restaurants, wo auch (oder fast nur) Einheimischen gerne essen. Die sind auch um einiges günstiger als die Lokale in der "ersten Reihe".
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp hat hervorragend funktioniert und war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Parkplatz inklusive direkt vor dem Haus.

Nous y avons séjourné pour les fêtes de fin d'année, et avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement, le cadre et la gestion par l'agence !

The house was looking exactly like in the pictures. There were all the necessary things we needed. Good views from the balcony and it was right next to the beach. In October there was plenty of places to park the car. The agency contacted in advance with all the information and was very clear on the communication. Definitely recommended 🙂

Een mooi en ruim appartement op de 12de verdieping met een geweldig uitzicht. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en met een overvloed aan borden en bestek. Een wandeling over de boulevard en je bent zo in Palamos

L’appartement est idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage depuis la terrasse. Tout se fait à pied, tous les commerces nécessaires sont à proximité, nous avons peu touché à la voiture. Les plages sont juste a 1 min à pied depuis l’immeuble et il n’y a pas trop de monde. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances à Palamos et nous y reviendrons sûrement. Merci à Integral Finques pour leur gentillesse et leur aide tout au long de notre séjour.

El piso esta excelentemente bien ubicado, con una vista fantástica! Esta totalmente reciclado, todo es prácticamente nuevo y de calidad.

Como broche de oro, deberían cambiar el TV por uno Smart y de ultima generación.

My family had a wonderful experience at this lovely apartment. The host made sure we were ready for the apartment in advance by contacting us about our needs, so I must thank her for making our stay even more comfortable.

The kitchen was very well equipped with more than everything we needed. We found a lovely welcome parcel on our arrival. So after a long drive from France, we could truly relax the moment we entered the apartment.

There's so much to say, but I'll end with a mention on how the view is spectacular. You get both mountains and sea. We're so grateful to have found excellent, clean, tidy and beautiful accomodation, and I'd highly recommend staying here. I certainly want to return again.

Very very nice apartment and the view was the top and sunset awesome ????. In the kitchen was everything what you need. Near Palamos, very nice beach.

Apartamento en piso 12. No está en primera línea, pero las vistas al mar son muy buenas.
Recién reformado. Está todo nuevo. Parking en la propiedad. A 1 minuto de la playa.
El único inconveniente es el ruido del tráfico en la terraza. Esta cerca de una rotonda y se oye más el tráfico que el mar. Pero las vistas son muy bonitas y el apartamento es muy luminoso.
Llegamos en un día festivo y a pesar de ello, Miquel estuvo pendiente de que no tuvieramos ningún problema

Hem estat una setmana genial. La platja a davant i molt tranquil. L'apartament està molt bé i l'atenció un 10.

El piso es precioso, tal y como se muestra en las fotos y la gestión con Integral Finques muy rápida y fácil.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica, el piso muy bonito y limpio con todo tipo de enseres. El trato de Miquel genial.

Profesionales. Buena comunicación en todo momento. Rapidez en solventar contratiempos. Sin duda contactaremos con ellos para nuestras vacaciones del próximo año.

Appartement avec aménagement moderne et confortable, belle vue sur la mer, deux salles de bains et cuisine bien équipée, petite plage tranquille à 100 m. Prévoir env. 15 à 20 min à pied pour se rendre dans le centre de Palamos.

Formidable! Super accueil, l'appartement est conforme aux photos, le mobilier choisi avec soin, les équipements parfaits (surtout en ce qui concerne la cuisine, tout y est!), et l'emplacement top: appartement au 12ème étage avec une vue incroyable, plage à 100 mètres à pieds, petit port et restaurants à proximité, calanques, parking privé avec petite aire de jeux pour enfants, LIDL et station essence proches.. Si on devait absolument trouver un défaut ce serait les fenêtres d'une des deux chambres, pas de volets pour celle-ci contrairement à l'autre, donc soleil dés le matin, mais c'est un détail! Sinon tout était parfait, la propreté, la disponibilité de l'agence, la superficie de l'appartement.. Un vrai bijou dans une petite ville aussi jolie qu'agréable. Merci encore, nous reviendrons!
